About Steve Wright

The human aspects.

I built my first website in 1999 for my band, and have been building them ever since. In between I spent two decades in corporate edtech doing enterprise web development, server configuration, data center migrations, application development, and managing teams of developers.

I am based in Marin County, California, married for over twenty years, and the father of two boys. I coached youth sports for years when my kids were younger. Most weekends I am out biking local trails, on the SF Bay in my fishing boat, or working on my bonsai collection. I like building things that are not digital too. I built a 500 square foot ADU on our property in 2023, from plans to final.

Steve built me the most perfect website. It's exactly what I asked for. As someone who is technologically inept, this whole process was very daunting to me, but he made it completely painless.

After two months struggling with our previous developer, Steve got our website up and running in two short weeks. I only wish I had found him sooner!

I put Steve through his paces on this build. As an Art Director, I appreciated that he wanted to get it as right as I envisioned, prompt, courteous, and unflappable throughout.

I've worked in advertising for over 10 years and have seen a lot of bad, bad sites. Yours is great.
