Services

Interface Engineer LLC dba Evolve Siteworks provides website strategy, design, development, hosting, maintenance, optimization, analytics, and related consulting services. The scope, schedule, fees, and specific deliverables for client work are defined in a proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other written agreement.

Evolution Engine Service

The Evolution Engine is an ongoing managed service that may include a website build or rebuild, hosting, monitoring, measurement, reporting, maintenance, and incremental improvements. Specific services, pricing, and the initial term are defined in the applicable client agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required access, and any text, images, trademarks, or other materials needed for the work. Clients confirm that they have the right to use all materials they provide.

Fees and Payment

Fees, deposits, billing schedules, renewal terms, and payment deadlines are stated in the applicable written agreement or invoice. Work may be paused when payment or required client materials are overdue.

Intellectual Property

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client after full payment. Evolve Siteworks retains ownership of pre-existing tools, systems, processes, reusable code, and general methods used to produce the work. Third-party software, fonts, images, plugins, and services remain subject to their own licenses.

Third-Party Services

Websites may rely on third-party platforms and services such as WordPress, hosting providers, analytics tools, payment processors, plugins, email services, and search platforms. Their availability, policies, pricing, and operation are outside our control.

Confidentiality

Non-public business information shared during an engagement will be treated as confidential and used only as needed to provide the agreed services, except when disclosure is required by law.

No Guaranteed Results

Website, search, advertising, conversion, and AI visibility results depend on many factors outside our control. We provide professional services and measured improvements, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, or revenue.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Interface Engineer LLC dba Evolve Siteworks for a claim related to services is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any separate written client agreement controls if it conflicts with this general website policy.
